Our Return & Refund Policy
Welcome to Little Things by Evee! Because every single piece of jewelry is carefully handcrafted to order based on your selected style (bracelet or anklet), we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
1) Final Sale & Customer Orders
Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, or if the incorrect style or size was selected at checkout. Please double-check your sizing and selections before placing your order!
2) Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your jewelry arrives damaged or breaks due to a making defect within 14 days of delivery, we will gladly fix or replace it for you at no extra cost.
- To start a defect claim, please email us at littlethingsbyevee@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
3) Lost or Undelivered Mail
Standard Economy (No Tracking): To keep shipping affordable, this option is sent via regular letter mail and does not include tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost by the postal service or shipping carrier if this option was selected.
Tracked Parcel: If your tracked package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the shipping company and resolve it for you.
